Timing of Donations
The AI Public Square is an early-stage platform focused on building a sustainable business for the long term.
For that reason, charitable distributions are not made from each purchase or transaction.
Instead, our current intention is to calculate the company's annual net profits after the close of each fiscal year. If there are eligible net profits available for distribution, we intend to allocate 10% of those annual net profits to qualifying nonprofit organizations in accordance with our giving program and applicable laws.
This approach helps ensure the platform remains financially healthy while creating meaningful long-term support for charitable causes.
